Recently built, the house appeals with its modern, comfortable and carefully arranged style. The large living area consists of a pleasant TV lounge and an open-plan American kitchen, with its central island that is particularly welcoming and practical.
The villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms: a master bedroom with king-size bed and storage, a guest bedroom with king-size bed, private lounge and TV, as well as a bedroom dedicated to children with bunk beds.
Two shower rooms with toilets complete the comfort of the house. You will also find on the terrace a washing machine, a dryer and everything you need to fully enjoy your stay.
Just a few steps away, a private service path leads you directly to the white sand beach of Vaiava – PK18, ideal for swimming, sunsets and family days with your feet in the sand.
