The vast furnished terrace invites you to share delightful moments with family or friends: tables, benches, children's games and gas barbecue are at your disposal. A garage also allows you to park your vehicle with complete peace of mind.
Recently built, the house appeals with its modern, comfortable and carefully appointed style. The large living area consists of a pleasant TV lounge and an open-plan American kitchen, with its central island that is particularly welcoming and practical.
The villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms: a master bedroom with king-size bed and storage, a guest bedroom with king-size bed, private lounge and TV, as well as a bedroom dedicated to children with bunk beds.
Two shower rooms with WC complete the comfort of the house. You will also find on the terrace a washing machine, a tumble dryer and everything you need to make the most of your stay.
Just a few steps away, a private service path leads you directly to the white sand beach of Vaiava – PK18, ideal for swimming, sunsets and family days with your feet in the sand.
