Capacity by event type:
- For dinner, seminar, conference... in seated configuration: maximum 80 people
- For mixed standing & seated evening (e.g., wedding, birthday or dance party): maximum 120 people

You will have access to all the outdoor spaces of the Villa, including the immense esplanade overlooking the valley and offering a magnificent view of the lagoon, the fare potee, the swimming pool, the courtyard and its patio with pergola and summer lounge, 1 toilet and a shower room, the kitchen and the adjacent atrium offering a pleasant space between sea and valley.

Share an unforgettable moment with your loved ones, friends, colleagues and enjoy all the comfort offered by Villa Fa'ati Luxury. Barbecue, dishes, tables, chairs, and high tables will be at your disposal.

NB: The venue rental rate in 2025 is 70,000 XPF and will be applied for organizing an event either during the day (5-hour pack) or in the evening (5-hour pack from 6 PM to 11 PM) for a maximum of 40 people. If you plan to have more people, select the exact number of people so that the additional charge of 1,130 XPF per person applies. If the duration of your event is longer than 5 hours, contact us for a personalized quote.

A shuttle service is planned for arrival and departure, with the villa being accessible only by 4x4, cars remaining at the bottom can park for free in the parking lot at the bottom of the mountain and enjoy the shuttle, others can park on the platform provided for this purpose a few steps from the villa.
