Welcome to Sundara Soul Villa, a sumptuous private property, nestled on the edge of Moorea's crystalline lagoon, close to the famous Tipaniers beach. It can accommodate up to 11 people. Ideal for family holidays or time with friends, this spacious villa combines modern comfort, Polynesian charm and an exceptional natural setting.

A generous and comfortable living space:
The villa offers a spacious and pleasant living area: a lounge with sofa, armchair, TV and internet; an equipped, practical kitchen, appreciated for preparing your meals on site. A spacious covered terrace furnished with table, chairs and summer lounge for gathering around an aperitif, a meal or simply for a moment of relaxation.

The villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms:
The master bedroom inside the villa, with its own bathroom and private WC, for optimal comfort. You will find 2 other bedrooms on the patio side, both are also air-conditioned and with Queen size beds. There are 2 independent shower rooms and WCs accessible by all villa occupants without any intrusion of privacy.
Finally on the upper level, a large mezzanine furnished with 2 double beds and 1 single bed, equipped with 2 fans, offers a convivial and airy space, perfect for children or a group of friends.

Sundara Soul Villa is a true cocoon of peace, ideal for a wellness stay or a mindfulness break. Here, the pace slows down, the mind eases and the body relaxes in contact with nature. On the deck, facing the lagoon and cradled by the breath of the trade winds, each moment invites meditation, deep rest and inner reconnection.

To Know:
- As a reminder, parties and events are strictly forbidden at the Villa.
- Group stays and retreats: Prior written authorisation mandatory. Access strictly reserved for declared occupants. External guests, commercial activities, visual promotion and autonomous group rotation are prohibited.
- End of stay cleaning includes: complete cleaning of the villa at guest check-out.
- Linen and towel rental is mandatory. Remember to add them when making your reservation on the REVA Dreams website or by contacting our team. • Double kit (1 double bed / 2 persons): 2 590 XPF
• Single kit (1 single bed / 1 person): 2 190 XPF
- For long stays, mandatory comfort cleaning will be carried out every 10 days. This will be charged to the guest as a supplement at the rate of 7 500 XPF. Floors and surfaces will be cleaned as well as bathrooms.
