This historic site is over 100 years old and was home to the Feu Chercheur de Kerroc'h in 1908 (La Défense's historical service for French military ports). The site was first restored and converted into living accommodation in 1970, then underwent a complete renovation over 18 months in 2009 and again in 2022. This absolutely exceptional site has been completely refurbished and redesigned to offer you a rare and unrivalled experience. Discovering La Villa Littorine means letting yourself be transported by the magic of this extraordinary place and living an incomparable experience.
La Villa Littorine has 6 bedrooms for up to 13 people, making it a unique and ideal place to gather with family or friends in complete privacy and comfort.
Combine luxury and ecology when you stay in this luxury villa. After enjoying the sea air and views of the landscape and magnificent coastline, you can relax in the indoor jacuzzi, which opens onto the sun terrace as you wish.
You'll love the unlimited fibre-optic broadband internet access. Convenient for staying connected, keeping up to date with your loved ones and sharing your happy moments online. Teleworking professionals will be sure to have easy access to their work resources, and be able to teleconference to their heart's content...
The decor is refined and elegant, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout the villa... You'll enjoy a very pleasant sound system and quality bedding, all in a truly cosy and pleasant environment. The house has geothermal heating and dual-flow ventilation to ensure a pleasant temperature throughout the day, whatever the season. The uninterrupted view of the sea and Kerroc'h beach completes the sense of escape and relaxation.
The outdoors will be your favourite place, with several distinct areas.
- A spacious first terrace of more than 110 m² on the sea side, with table and chairs, as well as an outdoor seating area for aperitifs.
- A second, smaller but very practical terrace of 15m², located on the side towards the entrance, with a view of the beach. It is equipped with a small summer lounge and is often used as a smoking area.
- A third terrace of 30m², facing south and opening onto the Jacuzzi, also has a table and chairs.
- Finally, there's a huge natural park surrounding the villa, planted with trees and flowers depending on the season, offering you a private play area of over 6,000 m², where your children can enjoy their adventures and create indelible memories.
The kitchen allows you to prepare all your meals on site, delight your guests and share warm, memorable moments in complete privacy. The spacious, light-filled living room will welcome you for meals, relaxation, reading and TV evenings... The best thing about this place is without a doubt the indoor Jacuzzi, the perfect place to relax after a day on the beach, sightseeing, work or sport.
The property has 6 bedrooms, ideal for large groups, large families, couples or business travellers:
- Bedroom 1 with 160 x 200 bed and private shower and WC
- Bedroom 2 with a 160 x 200 bed, shower and washbasin
- Bedroom 3 is a "family" room with a 160 x 200 bed and a 90 x 190 bed. It can be split into 2 areas using a sliding panel for greater privacy.
- Bedroom 4 has 1 bed 140 x 200
- Bedroom 5 has a 160 x 200 bed with private shower and washbasin
- Bedroom 6 has 2 beds 80x200 that can be joined together to make a king-size bed.
And a bathroom with separate shower and washbasin for bedrooms 3, 4 and 6.
There are also 2 WCs accessible to all, 1 located near the main entrance near the Jacuzzi and the other at the rear of the villa.
Close to the golf course, a beautiful beach, public transport and the airport, the location of the property is privileged.

- You'll find an electric car terminal close to the rental property. GPS coordinates will be provided.
- Golf lovers will be delighted to know that the Ploemeur Océan golf course is just a few kilometres from the property.
- For the more adventurous, take advantage of the 60 kilometres of footpaths to discover the chapels, megaliths and stone houses of the surrounding villages. An itinerary for pedestrians and cyclists runs along the coast from Kerroc'h to Guidel-Plages.
- Visit the site of Fort-Bloqué, a charming name given to this small fortress also known as Fort de Keragan. The particularity of this place is that the sea surrounds this islet, separating it from the mainland during high tides.
- At Océanis, you can take advantage of a swimming pool dedicated to sports and recreational activities, as well as a multi-purpose hall for shows and exhibitions.
- Visit the many beaches and meet the fishermen: Fort-Bloqué is renowned for its waves, while Kerroc'h, Lomener, Le Perello and Le Courégant attract visitors with their coves. For an insight into the life of fishermen, don't miss the picturesque port of Lomener.

La localisation de la maison est magique avec une vue sur la mer à 360 degrés. La maison est confortable et parfaitement adaptée aux familles. Les échanges sur place avec l’équipe sont très simple et Frédéric comme Fabienne sont charmants et très arrsee more

Nous recommandons ce lieu et allons très certainement y revenir tant le séjour nous a tous comblé!
