THE VILLA:
The villa is a true haven of peace, elegance, and luxury, offering high-speed (fibre) WiFi internet connection to stay connected to the rest of the world. The spacious living area is divided into two spaces: on one side, a vast living room of over 100 m² decorated in perfect harmony, blending local style with a touch of modernity for maximum comfort, with a sofa, football table, tables and chairs, and immense bay windows offering a superb view of the lagoon and the pool; and on the other side, a modern and fully equipped kitchen to satisfy the taste buds of your guests.
The whole opens onto a spacious terrace with direct access to your pool, a deck arranged for your comfort as a summer lounge and sun loungers, ideal for your moments of relaxation, sunbathing, or gathering around an aperitif while admiring the sunset!

The private lounge is separate, offering a true relaxation room, elegant, refined and comfortable with a 75' television and sofa.

The master suite, with its private bathroom with double basins, a toilet and an Italian shower, is a haven of serenity. The suite is air-conditioned and has direct access to the terrace, pool and living area.
The guest rooms, located on the opposite wing of the villa, are air-conditioned, each with a king-size bed and storage space for your personal belongings.
A second independent bathroom, with an Italian shower, washbasin and toilet, will be available to the occupants of the rooms.

The green spaces and coconut grove surrounding the villa immerse you in an idyllic natural setting. The private beach of the motu is just a few steps away, and kayaks as well as snorkelling equipment are at your disposal to set off and explore the natural aquarium that is the Rangiroa lagoon.
