MOOREA - Teareva Beach House
The property is located on the edge of the lagoon on Haapiti, very close to the Tiki Village (approximately 300 metres) in a quiet area.
The house is in the old Polynesian style, and the price has been designed to take account of its imperfections. It has 4 bedrooms, two of which are 'master suites'. One of them has its own private shower room. An additional shower room is available in the house. All bedrooms have air conditioning (one is portable).
The property includes a kitchen with a pass-through to the terrace and lagoon, and a 55m² covered terrace with an 80m² open-air area. There's also a small swimming pool for guests to enjoy! Overlooking the beach, a 48m² deck overlooks the lagoon, where you can sunbathe.
A two-seater kayak is available for trips along the coast. You can access the lagoon directly from the house, making it the ideal place for snorkelling.
Internet access: The house is located in a red zone in relation to the telephone and internet networks on Moorea and Haapiti, so the WIFI often experiences slowdowns.... Take the opportunity to disconnect from your mobile phone and recharge your batteries.

Sleeping arrangements are for double occupancy and depend on the configuration of the beds in the house.
If you are staying with 4 people, you will have 2 bedrooms / If you are staying with 6 people, you will have 3 bedrooms / If you are staying with 8 people, you will have 4 bedrooms etc.
We provide one bath towel per person (no special pool or beach towels). No soap in the shower. Only bed linen is provided (sheets, pillowcases), please bring your own blankets.
NB: The swimming pool and decking are not currently fenced, monitored or fitted with a security alarm. Children must therefore be kept on their toes. Please supervise young children at all times. The agency cannot be held responsible for any incident involving children or adults swimming.

La maison est top avec sa piscine et l'accès à la plage! La cuisine est très bien équipée, les chambres sont très belles et les salles de bain sont propres. La mise à disposition du kayak est un plus.

Une toute petite chose : mettre du papier toilette à disposition car il n'y en avait pas du tout et également d'autres sacs poubelles car à 10 ça peut vite se remplir. A part ces petits détails tout était bien.
